Jack Russell Loves His Cone

Everyone loves ice cream - even cats and dogs. In fact, it's not just fun for them to have a taste occasionally but it can be very therapeutic. For those of you who haven't been following this blog for very long, I featured a heartwarming story 4 years ago about a Jack Russell called Woodso (pictured left) whose life was saved by eating ice cream. Sounds crazy perhaps but true! Read Woodso's story here and how his recovery after emergency surgery was aided by eating ice cream.

So why mention Woodso? Well, I was browsing YouTube and was reminded of his story when I came across a video of another Jack Russell with a fondness for ice cream - I just had to share it with you. The constant tail wagging says it all and the relish with which he tackles the cone is a joy. I dare you not to smile :)

We all like to learn new things and it depends upon our interests and natural inclinations as to which direction we go in. For anyone interested in homemade food, it's got to be learning how to cook or bake something new - in other words ... RECIPES.

However, once you've got your recipe together, it's not always easy to know exactly how to go about it. I suppose that's why TV cook series have become so popular ... watch the tv chef at work, record it if you like and learn exactly how the recipe should be followed through. That's fine if you're happy to go with the tv chef's own recipes.
